Two entrances, one from the north and one from the south. From the south entrance, which is the highest point, about 2,000 feet above sea level, you have a view of Lake Nicaragua. From there you are surrounded by forest, and wildlife with not a neighbor in sight. Not far from the entrance at this point is a natural bowl shaped valley of about two acres in size that could easily be made into a lake from the headwaters of one of the rivers that starts nearby on the property. Also many springs of potable water. The only sounds are the birds a plenty, and the rivers making their way down the mountain. Access is from Pueblo Nuevo, northwest of Guayabo de Bagaces, or from Coloñia Blanca and Coloñia Libertad; northeast of Liberia, Guanacaste. You will find swimming holes in the river as well as good fishing and you won't have to join a gym to stay in shape! This is great country for hiking, and horseback riding. If you are not an expert naturalist, you will need several books to identify all the different varieties of fauna and flora. You can breath the fresh air and glory in the year around green surroundings of your newly found tropical paradise. There is an old shack in need of repair or replacement. The coordinates are approximately 10º-45" N x 85º-15"W contact agent = costaricarealestatenow@gmail.com
